FOCUS GROUP is currently developing designs for several residential buildings in the municipality of Loures for a private developer.
Featuring one- and two-bedroom (T1 and T2) units, the project entails the creation of 149 new homes and 184 underground parking spaces, intended to complement the municipality’s housing stock. Distributed across four plots, the buildings have a combined building footprint of 4,093.50 m². One of the plots includes plans for a swimming pool located in a shared ground-level courtyard.
Situated within an existing subdivision, the project also encompassed the design of urbanization works for the area surrounding the plots.
