Land subdivision project, architectural and landscape architecture projects for a private plot in Aroeira, which resulted in 4 lots.
The architectural design foresees the construction of two detached houses on lots 1 and 2, and the possibility of designing 2 semi-detached houses on lots 3 and 4.
With generous areas and luxury architecture, these single-family residential buildings aim to stand out in the Aroeira residential market. Green spaces were also designed for better integration of the lots with the surroundings.
