Set in a plot of 11,670 m2, this leisure and tourism space seeks to privilege the relationship with the outdoor space and the view over the Sintra mountains and is equipped with an events room, a SPA area and four T2 and T3 houses for local accommodation.

FOCUS GROUP prepared the architecture projects for the new spaces (villas, event room and spa), the landscape architecture projects for the outdoor leisure spaces and the rehabilitation projects for the existing building. FOCUS GROUP was also responsible of project management.
