Winner of an “International Property Award” as a Longevity Wellness Resort, it was initially designed and built to be a 4-star “apartment-hotel” establishment for a segment of independent seniors.
With a total area of 35,000 m², it was subsequently remodelled to become a 5-star establishment with 390 beds in 195 apartments.
