Invited competition to develop a concept design for a housing development located in Lisbon.
Featuring spacious layouts and luxury architecture, the development targeted the upper-mid-range market. Comprising five buildings, underground parking, outdoor areas, and retail space, it included a total of 63 apartments ranging from one – to four – bedroom units (T1 to T4).
FOCUS GROUP also prepared the subdivision plan, which has been approved by the Lisbon City Council.
