Preparation and presentation to the Lisbon City Council of a project for licensing and change of use of an existing building (from residential to offices).
The project foresaw the rehabilitation of the existing building while maintaining its urban, historical, and architectural characteristics. It also proposed the construction of a new building of approximately 1,500 m2, also intended for services, integrated into the site’s morphology, connected to the main building via an underground tunnel, thus not harming the image and identity of the main building and safeguarding its heritage values.
The enhancement of the courtyard and its green spaces was also reinforced through an orange grove and the reorganization of walkways and gardens. The plot included a chapel that was also planned for rehabilitation.
Plot area: 2.600 m2 / Construction area: 2.418 m2 | 2023 | Completed / Not built
