Casal do Pinto Subdivision – 1st Place in Public Tender

1st Place in the Public Tender promoted by the Lisbon City Council for the Elaboration of the Operation Project for the Casal do Pinto Subdivision.

Located in the Beato parish, the “new neighborhood” will feature an urban park and a highly relevant public space, aiming to play an important role in the revitalization of the area – shaped by a mix of middle-class developments and social housing – creating areas for recreation, contemplation, and urban gardens.

The subdivision will serve to supplement the existing urban fabric of the Picheleira District, with the creation of 42 lots, mostly for residential use, with a maximum construction capacity of 22.679 m2. The objective is to create differentiated housing typologies, with the construction of low-rise buildings (3 floors) where each housing unit has direct access to the street and can have its own patio, with a garage on the ground floor and 2 to 3 housing units per lot.

In addition to the land subdivision project, the urbanization works project is also planned, covering an area of 76.079 m2, where the Quinta da Conceição Park project will be developed, with an approximate area of 2.6 hectares. The future subdivision will also feature ample and inclusive public spaces with facilities, services, and commerce, with squares and areas for relaxation and leisure, which can contribute to the rehabilitation, consolidation, and urban enhancement of the surrounding area, creating central spaces.
